TERRIBLE Vietnamese bowl - Edit
The food was so bad that I took one bite and returned it to the kitchen. The Vietnamese bowl had bad vinegar or some type of terrible tasting sauce on it that was inedible.

Horrible food. - Edit
The cauliflower steak was nothing more than over boiled chunks that they threw on the grill. Greasy broccoli. They put cheese on the salad so very illiterate chefs. I know it’s Iowa and nothing is seasoned here but this was beyond pitiful

I've eaten here several times and they always have or easily alter a dish to be vegan. Outstanding dish. Not a lot of options for vegans, but they knock it out of the park with what they make.
