Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Take away Caribbean cuisine whose owner is vegan-inclined. Meat-based but has a vegan section on the menu featuring faux meat. A main dish comes with rice, beans, and plantains. Jul 2015 confirmed it's open. Reported to have unreliable opening hours, check ahead before visiting. Open Mon 9:00am-8:00pm, Tue-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Unique and Plentiful Vegan Options! - Edit
This place is actually so good!! A ton of vegan options of ethnic dishes that you can't normally get vegan and that aren't served at your normal vegan restaurant. We got the vegan chicken lo mein and the vegan pepper steak and both were super flavorful and amazing! Overall, a great place for vegans in an area with not a lot of vegan restaurants/options!

Fantastic meal - Edit
Separate vegan menu with delicious and authentic Caribbean options. It took us two visits to catch them open but totally worth it! Texted in our order as the Facebook page suggests. Got a quick response both times (when they were closed and when they were open). Portions were huge and could be shared. We were hungry after two days at the water park with limited options. My husband had no problem finishing off both amazing dishes.

Great food near Great Wolf - Edit
You take the kids to Great Wolf lodge and the food there is garbage. Good luck finding veg options you’ll want to eat. Caricom is right across from Great Wolf. Awesome vegan options. Huuuuge portions. A meal is about a couple of lbs. It is big! I got vegan steak tips. Comes with plantains, sautéed veggies, and a huge bed of rice and beans with Caribbean spices. It was yummy and hot - temperature-wise. Yes. They take orders by text.

Hidden gem - Edit
Delicious food, big portions, decent prices. In both a vegan & cultural options starved area like the Poconos, this place is especially welcome. Had to dock a star due to unreliable opening hours and food availability (today was my first successful trip despite trying a few times) so plan ahead if you visit, spontaneity will not be your friend. Otherwise make sure to hit this spot.

A real pleasant surprise - Edit
Had a lovely vegan lasagna, which I don't think I've had anywhere else! Big portions and several options in an area where even beyond burgers have cheese buns. Text your order, give a bit of extra time, and pick up at the window. Food is tasty and filling.

Delicious, Plentiful Food - Edit
We ate here while vacationing in the Delaware Water Gap in July of 2020. I texted my order 20 minutes before arriving and they texted me back with some alternate menu items. I guess a dish I wanted was not available. When we got there, we waited for a short while for our food. It was a little strange but then everything was a little strange emerging from lock-down. The food was plentiful and tasty. I look forward to trying this place again. It's not my choice everyday vegan food as I am not so much into the fake meat, but it is definitely a special occasion treat that shakes up the everyday doldrum.

Cons: It just consists of a take-out window., Probably quite high calorie.

Good option - Edit
This place, along with Thai Orchard, was a life saver for my weekend at the Poconos. You have to text your order, even though there’s always a guy by the order window. When I placed my order, the person on the other end was very prompt in texting me their menu but took 30mins to tel me they didn’t have what I originally ordered. Once I got my plate, it was worth all the hassle. It was a huge portion and delicious food. I ended up getting the teriyaki chicken. It’s great to have options in such an isolated area

Always closed - Edit
Twice I went to have their food and was looking forward to trying their vegan options. I go out of my way on my way home from work to find they are closed. Both times they were closed though their hours show they should be open. I will never go again. Very inconsiderate.

Sooooo good! - Edit
The musics really loud and you have to shout to give your order. There is no where to sit. Take out only. We ordered the chicken bao. Awesome portions. It came with plantains, beans and rice and cabbage. It was very very good. You have to wait about 15 min for vegan order cuz they make it fresh but so worth it. We will come again. I loved the food. It’s really really good.

Yes! Vegan Caribbean and Jamaican food! - Edit
This is the first place I've yet to find that offers vegan Caribbean and Jamaican food! Always wanted to try it so I was very excited and they did not disappoint. There are a bunch of vegan options to choose from. We tried the teriyaki, ginger and lemon chicken dishes and the food was SO GOOD! Great service too. Highly recommend. You can pay with a credit card now as well.

Vegan options in the Poconos! - Edit
Somehow we never noticed Caribbean Spices when we lived in the area. Vegan Beef and Broccoli and Vegan Ginger Chicken were both great - perfect for a cold winter night. The service was friendly and food was perfect. Earlier reviews said cash only, but it seems they take cards now (best check in advance).

Most Vegan Options In the Area - Edit
By far the most vegan options available. Take out only, cash only. Mostly Caribbean, plus a teriyaki option or two. The owner/chef is vegan, and one of the nicest people you'll meet in the Poconos/Stroudsburg area.
