All hail the Just Egg!

My first proper breakfast on my highway 90 road trip! Just Egg breakfast sandwich made vegan right from the get go. Epic!!

Began Just Egg Breakfast Sandwich

All Vegan JUST Egg™ folded egg patty, roasted tomatoes, vegan pesto cream cheese spread and vegan smoked provolone on a folded flatbread.

For us, this is a traveling game changer. It was a good sandwich.

Pros: Great sandwich , Great price, Full coffee shop

Cons: They might run out. We got the last 2 of the day
