On Sundays they have a half priced pizza (hopefully still going).

Ingredients were same same in terms of canned/frozen produce which lack flavour (as is with MOST pizza places) - trying to add a sauce to disguise.
For me a full vegan pizza, which the kitchen had to create, and a couple of beers in such a beautiful setting was worth it.
I had tried their vegan options on the menu and found tasteless - BUT TO THEIR CREDIT - they created a pizza with flavour, and so I returned every Sunday for many months.
The location, and consistency of flavour with the 50%discount (read normal price) was worth it.
I'm a carb addict, with pizza bloodline, so I can always be super happy if reasonable price, good setting, and OK taste - just add olives and chili if in doubt ;-)
Worth a visit, Salamanca is such a beautiful and lively spot.
Let's face it though - inflation will skyrocket prices, so becoming picky may become useful....
Each yo their own of course :-)

Reading the previous reviews about no cheese I was a tad disappointed, cause who doesn’t love vegan cheese on a pizza!
Read moreBut to my surprise I ordered the vegetarian pizza but the vegan version and It came with shredded bio cheese and boy was it delicious, I would definitely recommend it.
I wouldn’t call this place a restaurant though, it has a bar setting that does offer food (in my opinion)
Pros: Enough vegan options , Near the CBD , Affordable
Cons: Noisy , Not very kid friendly

There was a few vegan options on the menu which is great. I was a bit disappointed that the vegan pizza I got was just a vego pizza with no cheese. Still nice, but vegan cheese would have been good even for a bit of an extra fee.

Cargo’s outdoor terrace is lovely ja lively place to have a snack and a beer or wine. Pizzas are okay, the aren’t the best ever but quite nice. We had garlic and margherita pizzas with vegan cheese.

Came here because they use bio cheese and have about 7 pizzas that can be made vegan. We tried the pumpkin one (delicious), the maghareta (also delicious) and the vegan (not very delicious). It's a good place to come to with omni friends as it caters for everyone and there's also vegan salads you can order.
