Excellent food and service! - Edit
This place was quite of a surprise amid the noisy bars in Lucaya Marketplace. The owner greeted us warmly and turned us over to a waiter who was formal but gracious in the way he took care of us. I had the pasta all'arrabbiata. It was delicious. I asked for no parm, just in case.
