Plant based milk and some dishes can be veganized - Edit
They offer soy, oat, and almond milk. However, it’s rather pricey compared to other places (around 5€ for coffee).

Salad uninspiring and costly - Edit
This was the only place in the strip I found that had anything obviously vegan on the menu - labelled organic not vegan though! - so I ordered a quinoa salad. The quinoa has tomato and avocado with seeds and this part was nice (had to add olive oil as dressing though) but the leaves beneath to bulk it out were too many. It certainly wasn’t worth the €17 price tag!
