The Wok station offers cooked veggies over a choice of grains or rice and the Slow Food Fast station has a black bean paddy sandwich w broccoli. Both were just ok, but happy to find them none-the-less.

All or nothing - Edit
There's two parts to the canyon eatery, one that only makes a plate of veggies meat of choice (beyond steak available) mashed potatoes that are NOT vegan, so we went to the "fresh bowls". Went there at almost 8pm but got served at 9 bc of the super long line. They had ran out of almost everything: no tofu, no sauces, no toppings. What we had left were cold noodles and dry carrots. In an effort to replace the sauces they drenched the plate in soy sauce which made it way to salty to eat. 0/5 stars.
Read moreWe went back the next day at 6pm, bc the other places are not opened or have nothing vegan (summer 2022). The line was way shorter and we managed to get a full hot bowl this time. The tofu was surprisingly fresh and soft, we also got edamame as veggies with spicy peanut sauce which is really good but not very spicy !! It was night and day compared to last time. This would have been worth 4/5 stars!

The noodle bowl is a 4 star meal but only if you add lots of peanut sauce ands it sauce. The meatballs are 3 stars, acceptable. The main attraction to this area is Artist Point because of the waterfalls.

I work in Yellowstone National Park for the company Xanterra, I’ve worked here now two years (2018&2019) and last year they have next to zero options. So when I want something different I will go up to eat, I get the vegan wok bowl, tofu, rice, and broccoli, along with the peanut sauce. Get the peanut sauce or not much flavor, but very filling and very good.

I did the build your own wok bowl, with tofu and veggies. It was all very bland with no flavor, and none of the sauces were vegan. I put hot sauce on top and was able to choke it down, but would recommend packing a PB&J.

Surprisingly satisfying - Edit
Got the wok with rice, broccoli and tofu, which was just what I needed after a long morning in the park. Definitely MUCH better than the meaty/greasy park food I was expecting to find. Got a coffee afterwards from the place right next to the ice creamery - they had organic almond milk for my coffee, which was really good 👍🏼

Two places to choose from - both with vegan options! I had the bowl with tofu, rice and veggies. It wasn't the best meal ever, but after a day of hiking, this was good enough! The other side of the cafeteria had vegan meatballs as an option. Soy milk is available for tea.
