Good flavours - Edit
HadWatermelon and strawberry juice was nice and refreshing. Falafel bowl was a good balance of flavours. Vegan tacos were nice but too small for $7.95 each. Drinks & food took awhile to come out and Corona didn't have lemon it it! How can it not have a piece of lemon or lime in it at a Mexican restaurant?! Overall tasty, fresh food, good flavours.

The food was great. Plenty of options, vegan items are marked on the menu.
Read moreI had fried jalepenos, not marked as vegan on the menu, but I saw a previous review mentioned they can do this vegan. What a find!! Great flavours, done with vegan mayo, and something quite different.
The jackfruit taco (hard shell) was delicious. The jackfruit was not overly sweet, and the flavours were fresh. The handcut fries were also really lovely and fresh.
The service was friendly. I was there earlier than the kitchen opened (although the restaurant was open) but they seated me and took my order when the kitchen opened.
Outdoor seating, if you're coming with dogs. Great spot for people watching in the centre of town.

Best Mexican - Edit
This is the best Mexican food I've ever had, and somewhere I always aim to visit when in Bendigo. Full of flavour, not too greasy. Accommodates well for vegetarians, presumably vegans as well.

Great to see another place adding specific vegan items to their menu. And the food is tasty.
Read moreService was a bit hit n miss, dessert came out first, and it took ages and they were not busy, then they took back the dessert, gave us our meal, then served the dessert up again! It was now cold, but it didn’t matter, we then had to wait again for my second part to the meal, not very well serviced, but it was good food none the less. Loads of veggies and vegan mayo.

Service still terrible, food good, now has vegan cheese and vegan mayo. Don’t ask for sauce or coffees, we waited nearly an hour after constantly asking.
