Delicious & bio-dynamic food - Edit
I would like to give 5 stars but that’s obviously not possible.
Read moreThe restaurant serves meat, fish and vegetarian and vegan menues.
I had a paste with eggplant for dinner which was very delicious. The dessert was also vegan - you could choose between dark chocolate mousse with crunchy biskuit or pana cotta.
The bread is also homemade and very delicious.
In the card you can see the allergies and ingredients which is very good. It’s available also in English.
As they cook with regional available food the menue can change a bit.
The service was very friendly and it was a great experience.

Great restaurant! Fantastic service! - Edit
I would give five stars, but it isn't possible in the app, because it's not fully vegan/vegetarian. That being said, though they have a range of biodynamic dishes, they also cater for vegans. In this region, that's not very easy to find a place for going for dinner and enjoy good vegan food in a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Given this context, I'd like to give 5 stars.
Read moreThe day we went (this was in August 2021 during a holiday), we went for a wonderful hike on Monte Legnoncino and decided to go out for dinner as it was one of our last days before going back. We found the restaurant through the app and decided to go here, but unfortunately arrived about half an hour before closing time. Although we were late, we were welcomed by the friendly staff and could still eat there.
We were given a menu that was both in Italian and English, which explained the restaurant's local and biodynamic philosophy as well as any allergens. The atmosphere was very cosy and intimate and set in what looked like an arched wine cellar. The staff speaks both Italian and English.
Since we were vegan, we had a limited choice, but at least we could eat a vegan 3 course dinner. We had a green salad, a pasta melanzane and a vegan blueberry cheesecake for dessert. They have a great selection of wines, but since we could rehydrate from the hike, we choose homemade chinotto and apricot juice to accompany our meal. The pasta had an amazing creamy texture and warm comforting flavours with a little freshness. It was a typical Italian dish that looks simple on the eye, but is difficult to cook when done right, trying to balanced all the flavours with care and nuance. This was done right and you could taste the chef's passion for cooking and craftsmanship. The blueberry cheesecake was also delicious and also had a warm mix between sweet, creaminess and a crumbly bite. The taste of both dishes was delicate and you could taste the high quality ingredients that were in them. The salad was a simple side, but great because of the quality oil.
When paying the bill, we asked about the wines, and we received some lovely information by a passionate wine expert who took time for us, even though we felt bad that it was already after closing time.
Though the restaurant isn't fully vegan, it's worth visiting if you're staying around lake Como and you're vegan and like good Italian food. If you are vegetarian or are a flexitarian, you'd probably be even happier as you'd have more choice.
Pros: Good authentic food, Friendly staff, Cosy atmosphere
Cons: Limited vegan options

A good place for vegans - Un bon endroit pour les véganes - Edit
Very friendly staff. Understand what vegan is. Original decor. Seems family owned and run.
Read moreHad one main dish vegan and the two desserts were vegan (see pictures). The vegan items are marked on the menu. It was actually good, unlike many accidental vegan choices in the other restaurants in the region.
Pros: Bon - Good, Friendly staff - Accueil, Décor
Cons: Un peu cher (55 € pour 2)
