Cakey but nice

Picked up some in an organic shop in a mall. The pineapple one was better than the chocolate. Cakes rather than doughnuts but nice to have!

Decent donuts

We first found Canezees donuts in a local coffee shop. They have a good flavor but they’re basically just cakes in the shape of donuts...The next day we went to the actual Canezees bakery and were slightly disappointed. They only had the option for take-away, and each donut was individually wrapped in plastic (wasteful, but that’s also Japan). These aren’t bad donuts, but they’re nothing special. If you see them in a coffee shop it’s worth getting one, but it’s not worth going out of your way to go to the actual Canezees bakery.

Surprise Find at Airport

I was seeing off a friend at the airport and found these doughnuts being sold, later learning that they are from this shop. It was reasonably priced, and convenient to be found at the airport. Although it wasn't very tasty as I have a huge sweet tooth, it was healthier than regular fried doughnuts & possibly more fitting for people who prefer milder tastes.

Pros: Reasonable Price, Easy Access

Cons: Not that Tasty(personally)

Open

I visited here on 17-Jun-2017. The vegan options are great. I had the Coco and the Nuts with fruits.

Permanently closed?!

I just went here, either the happy cow location is not accurate, or the place is indeed permanently closed as Google suggests as well :-(

"Green" local doughnuts!

We went here twice and liked the doughnuts and the coffee. It can be difficult to find vegan cake in Japan sometimes, so it's nice to know that you can go here. Also we really liked their effort in producing sustainably and localy.

Pros: tasty, fair prices, local buisiness

Healthy hearty donuts!

It's a short walk from Hakata station. The owner of this shop, Kenji, is passionated about healthy food. His donuts are made from local Fukuoka wheat, and are partially organic. Also, their fried donuts are made without egg or trans fat (but they do contains dairy).
They used to sell only fried donuts, but recently they started serving vegan baked donuts and also gluten free vegan donuts! They label what is vegan and gluten free.
There're a range of donuts but my favorite is cacao donuts (tastes very rich!) and ground cherry donuts. I don't eat sweet things so often, but I can eat their donuts everyday! :p
Staff are friendly, and the shop itself is small and cozy, and it's decorated to feel like New York. There are a few seats available inside to enjoy your donuts with coffee (also tastes wonderful!), or you can also take them out.
If you're looking for good dessert around Hakata, I would recommend you go there and try their healthy donuts :) And if you are in Fukuoka but not around Hakata, they also do delrvery by eco-friendly bike for orders of 10 or more donuts.

Pros: labeled vegan, friendly staff, nice vibe
