Traveling while vegan - Edit
Great venue with beautiful outdoor seating. Accommodated our vegan needs, but only vegan options are chips and gauc/salsa and veggie fajitas. Make sure you tell them no cheese on the gauc. Pretty good fir the middle of nowhere.

Great Place in the middle of nowhere - Edit
Not too many vegan options in this area, but we enjoyed this place very much. The waiters are very knowledgeable about the ingredients and they won't serve you the pre-prepared beans with bacon. Nice outside seating, full bar, bonfire in the evening.
