We eat here a lot during the summer. Love their margaritas. They have a ton of vegetarian options, and a few of them can be made vegan. They also have a salsa bar (pre-COVID)! I usually get the vegetable chimichanga no cheese/sour cream and it’s delicious with the red sauce from the salsa bar!

Fresh and Fast! - Edit
My husband and I stayed in Ellis and were happy to find vegan food nearby. This place has FRESH food and fast, quality service. We split a veggie fajita and guacamole with extra rice and refried beans as a side. (Yes they are made without lard, order without cheese if you want it vegan.)
