Unique pastries and bread - Edit

All items are made using organic sourdough.
We got croissants, empanadas filled with spiced chickpea, and seeded bread

Excellent little hometown bakery with many vegan items - Edit

Most of their freshly baked bread loaves are vegan by default (main ingredients are organic flour, water, oil, salt). They also offer intentionally vegan items like sourdough croissants (using Miyoko's cashew butter), vegan empanadas and vegan chocolate chip cookies (both of which are also gluten free!). They often run out of items later in the day, so go in early or call ahead. Everything I've tried here is excellent - you will not be disappointed!
