Best ice cream I've ever had! - Edit
I am a HUGE ice cream fan and very picky about my desserts. This shop was the absolute highlight of my trip to Baltimore and I will certainly be back every time I am in town. I've already recommended it to all of my local friends as well. I tried all of the flavors and each was better than the last but some of my favorites were the berry cheesecake (which is made with their homemade cashew based cream cheese and real berries) and baklava (I hadn't even enjoyed baklava previously and it was absolutely mind blowing)! I had it in a salted caramel cone (imported from Australia) which was also incredible. I had a long conversation with Dwight about the culinary scene in Baltimore, vegan ice cream generally, food globally, etc. It was very insightful and one of the best culinary experiences of my life. I liked it so much that I brought my coworkers the next day and they were equally impressed. At my second visit I shared a flight (6 small scoops) which was a great choice so I was able to have many different types.

Traveling from Pittsburgh - Edit
We were traveling from Pittsburgh to the Vegan Soulfest. We decided to visit Cajou Creamery. We were so pleased with our visit. The ice cream was delicious. The owner was so nice. I had the opportunity to meet his family. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Please visit . You won't be disappointed.

It's Vegan Ice Cream, but the Praise Ends There - Edit
I have to be a dissenting opinion. I have been vegan for a dozen years and have tried every nice cream under the Sun, and I have tried Cajou's ice cream on numerous occasions, but it's far from a favorite. As it melts, it essentially becomes sugar water; it reminds me of the icy texture of fat free dairy ice cream my father bought me as a child. The cafe has a sweet ambiance and great potential, but the prices are insane, even given all the challenges to businesses the pandemic has brought. A tiny scoop unadorned is $7.41. A tiny scoop on a cone would have been nearly $10.

Their ice cream is so good and creamy - delicious. All their flavors are amazing, I especially loved their guava, passion fruit and Kulfi flavors.

Cajou is an amazing place! I've never been to a vegan ice cream place that had flavors such as diverse as this place. They had Baklava, Mexican Chocolate, Horchata, etc. The portion sizes are great and they even have milkshakes. Overall 11/10 I absolutely loved it and encourage everyone to go support them

The BEST vegan ice cream in Baltimore - Edit
Picked up a few quarts of this fantastic frozen dessert at the 32nd Street Farmers Market - the Baklava and the Cordito (coffee). They are ON POINT with their use of cashews as a base - by far my favorite. Super creamy, super rich, deliciously and lavishly flavored.
