Vegan wine - Edit
I haven't been on the tour, but the wine shop is a must for me when in the area. All the wine is vegan, and there are a variety of flavours. My favourites are strawberry and rhubarb, and Spring Oak. The cafe, The Pickled Peacock has good food, and an amazing veggie breakfast. The staff are lovely and it is dog friendly.

Fun tour - Edit
Went on the physically-distanced wine tour a few weeks ago. Lots of tastings and you got to saw the bottle labelling machine in operation, as well as stories about how the wine is, and has been, made. Went for a light lunch in the on-site cafe afterwards, as well as buying a few items from the shop to take back home.
