It’s authentic - Edit
I was avoiding this place because I wasn’t sure if the veggie tan tan noodles was vegan. The allergen listed egg when you do an online order so I was afraid the noodles were traditional egg noodles. However, I confirmed with the waitress that they use an eggless noodle by default for the veggie tan tan noodles. It’s pretty tasty as long as you eat it very quickly after they make it. Otherwise it doesn’t reheat well.

Really amazing ramen - Edit
The veggie tan tan ramen is vegan (konbu = seaweed). It's been my #1 ramen since going plant based! 💯

The veggie ramen is not vegan. It has fish sauce. - Edit
They could know what being vegan is and list all ingredients on the menu. They do not say there is fish and do not tell you when you order it.
