It’s authentic

I was avoiding this place because I wasn’t sure if the veggie tan tan noodles was vegan. The allergen listed egg when you do an online order so I was afraid the noodles were traditional egg noodles. However, I confirmed with the waitress that they use an eggless noodle by default for the veggie tan tan noodles. It’s pretty tasty as long as you eat it very quickly after they make it. Otherwise it doesn’t reheat well.

Pros: Authentically Japanese, Uses plant based ground meat

Cons: Very tight space, Would be nice to have seaweed/cucumber salad

Really amazing ramen

The veggie tan tan ramen is vegan (konbu = seaweed). It's been my #1 ramen since going plant based! 💯
I THINK they used to have another veggie ramen, but don't anymore, so it's just this one.

Pros: Friendly staff, Good food, Ramen can be made spicy or non-spicy

Cons: Lack of vegan varities

The veggie ramen is not vegan. It has fish sauce.

They could know what being vegan is and list all ingredients on the menu. They do not say there is fish and do not tell you when you order it.

Cons: No vegan options
