Little Cafe in historic center of Verona - Edit
We had a vegan Italian breakfast: Cappuccino with Almond milk and brioche (croissant) with apricot filling. The staff was very friendly and the prices reasonable.

Not a lot of vegan options to choose from. They only had 2 vegan cake options when I went there. I got the vegan carrot cake which was nice but nothing special and isn't like the typical carrot cake with the spices and cream cheese frosting.
