Great tasting food! - Edit
I got the barbecue tofu after reading the reviews here and it did NOT disappoint! The flavors were so good and I ate the entire thing. It was so good we went to the airport location the next day!

Truly yummy - Edit
The bbq tofu skewers are the best!! Try the bento with a skewer, or get I e on the side with your bowl.

Fresh and delicious - Edit
Ordered the Hot N Jazzy vegan style and you choose between extra avocado or cabbage and carrots. Employees are very familiar with vegan and are helpful if you have questions. I like to run in and grab an extra jar of yumm sauce so I can make the bowls at home as well. Tons of options on the menu as well!

Very fresh! - Edit
Easy, affordable, delicous! You can make almost everything vegan, and choose to substitute things in, like more avocado or veggies. Its easy to order in the restaraunt or online. I love this place because there is a variety of things you can choose from. Always a back-up meal when I can’t find somewhere to eat.

Be careful... - Edit
Very addicting if you get anything with their yum sauce. I think at one point I actually checked the ingredients for MSG. The original yum bowl with seasoned tofu (no olives, my personal preference) and sub avocado is what I always get. I also get half the sauce now to make it a tiiiiny bit healthier.

Amazing food for vegans and omnivores - Edit
My two daughters and I have all gone vegan, yet my husband still eats meat. This is a restaurant where we can all come together and enjoy a meal. The astmosphere is also quite cozy, yet I question the carpets displayed on the wall. There are not free soda refills, yet there is a water spicket. Highly reconmend.

A favorite Go-to in Salem - Edit
This place is fantastic, and although not based out of Salem, is a chain local to the area (Eugene) that has wonderfully focused on a lot of quality vegan and organic food! Staff is always friendly, the organic coffee roasted and blended just for them, the BBQ Tofu skewars are so savory and meaty. The bowls are the real highlight, though, the smoky chipotle with extra avo instead of dairy is my fav. Good Rueben, too. I've been there several times, with friends, and have always been happy.
