Serves meat, vegan options available. Pacific Northwest chain of quick-service restaurants. They offer sandwiches, salads, wraps, bowls, and breakfast items. Has tofu and tempeh. The signature dish is the 'Yumm bowl' with choice of rice and beans, topped with sauce, salsa, black olives, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, and dairy. Ask to make your bowl, "vegan sub avocado" or "vegan sub cabbage and carrots" and staff will substitute out the cheese and sour cream for extra avocado or cabbage and carrots. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Delicious and vegan friendly! - Edit
My mother-in-law suggested this place, knowing I'm vegan and looking for an option for both of us. As a newer vegan from a non-vegan-friendly town (Redmond), I'm used to asking all the questions. I was pleasently surprised when two dairy and egg questions in, the cashier asked if I wanted the, "vegan-avo" option or the "vegan-cc" (cabbage carrots) option for my yumm bowl. A place I feel comfortable and the original yumm bowl was amazing! I was bummed when it was finished!

I'm definitely going back and adding some tempeh to the bowl! A place that offers tempeh! I'm in love.
Pros: Friendly to the word 'vegan', multiple vegan options, quick and friendly service
Cons: there isn't one in Redmond, very busy so close to the hospital
