Vegan, organic, delicious - Edit
The food is absolutely delicious. We tried the tacos, a bowl, juice and dessert and every single item was better than the previous. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely come back. The place is bright, clean and inviting. The staff is also very friendly. Cafe Wylde won in every thing I look for in a food place.

Local Treasure - Edit
Passing through the area, so glad we were able to find a vegan place. The food here is delicious, the staff is friendly, and they have lots of drinks! Serving sizes weren't GIANT like some vegan restaurants, just enough to satisfy the hunger :)

Sooo good!! Very aesthetic and cute. It's all vegan. We had peach habanero tacos and the avocado dip. Both were amazing but I HIGHLY recommend avocado dip. It was so delicious.

Passing Through - Edit
Stopped here at 9:30 am looking for vegan food and they had a great menu from smoothie to lunch and dessert. We had the BBQ sandwich and chili. The chili was really good but the BBQ jackfruit sandwich was amazing. Ended with a chocolate chip cookie and loved every bit of it. The restaurant was clean, bright and very friendly. Will stop again when passing through.

I love this place! - Edit
Just discovered this organic, vegan restaurant! I had the jackfruit tacos with peach habanero sauce and they were absolutely delicious! For dessert, we had an awesome raspberry mousse pie! I will be a regular customer from now on!

Everett, it's getting better — With jackfruit! - Edit
FKA Ringing Cedar Tea Tavern (in Lake Stevens) has reopened as Cafe Wylde, www.cafewylde.com, in Everett at 2918 Hoyt Ave., Everett Wash., 98201 across from the Schack Art Center in a very nice light space (it was mostly recently home to Oh, Sweet! chocolate shop). It's so nice to have a delicious, mostly vegan (some honey and bee pollen) option North of Seattle.
Read moreWhat they do with jack fruit! This was a new, surprising taste delight. Great texture and spicy. The corn tortilla tacos both Korean BBQ style and with a habanero creme and cashew creme sauce were delightful and satisfying. I also enjoyed the jackfruit burrito and pesto pasta with zucchini and kelp noodles.
They also make wonderful juices and smoothies and raw cheesecake desserts. It's a wonderful heavy on the fruits and veggies option.
Here's a nice review in the local newspaper from the prior location: Get healthy at vegan cafe in Lake Stevens http://www.heraldnet.com/article/20150306/ENT/150309562
Make this your on your way to north end animal sanctuaries like New Moon Goat Sanctuary (Arlington), Pasados Safe Haven (Monroe) and Pigs Peace Sanctuary (Stanwood).
Pros: Jackfruit, Smoothies, Pretty, light space

Brand new cafe in Everett, and a sorely needed Vegan option. Nice decor, friendly service. Got drinks were top notch. Mocha, Hot Chocolate, and Chai latte (all with coconut, I believe) where all excellent. I'm the Mocha connoisseur, and it was among the best I've had. we split the Korean bbq jackfruit tacos: flavorful and fresh. My ex wife also reports having been here and said whatever she ate was in the top 10 things she's ever eaten. so that makes an even 4 thumbs up. I truly hope they make it. They are brand new and have that under utilized vibe. So if in doubt go, and keep them in business. Everett needs the veg options!

Cons: not much in the bakery/dessert case. I hope this e
