Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese food restaurant with several locations. Has an extensive vegetarian section. Removed February 2024: Limited vegan options.
They’re now doing business as Vietopia Bistro and they now have zero vegan options except for a single appetizer (tofu spring roll). They state they can make their tofu fried rice vegan but I’m currently skeptical.
Be forewarned, the tofu bahn mi is NOT vegan, they use fish/shellfish sauce and traditional aioli. Their tofu and veggie pho both use beef broth. Nowhere in the menus is this pointed out, you have to ask.
Take a pass and visit a more accommodating restaurant.
Be warned, they changed their name and no longer offer vegan options, see my updated review from Feb 11, 2024.
They use fish/shellfish derived sauces on the tofu Bahn Mi which they say cannot be omitted. Their tofu and veggie pho both use beef broth.

Yummy Tofu Banh Mi - Edit
I've had both the grilled and curried tofu banh mi sandwiches, and both were delicious. Jalapenos are optional. 😊
