Their menu states that there are items that can be made vegan. I ordered the full English breakfast vegan. It came out with eggs. I ordered a soy coffee and they gave me one with regular milk even though the waiter confirmed it was soy. He then realized his mistake after I had drank most of it. For my future stomach issues they gave me 10% off my bill. Not sure the people on my bus ride home will think that's a good deal.
