Beverages can be made with soy milk for an additional charge. Indoor & outdoor seating. Is very busy on the weekends, so if you want to go for a full vegan breakfast, it might be good to call in advance. Mostly vegetarian but offers meat at breakfast. Open Tue-Sun 10:00-20:00.

Tolles Frühstück! - Edit
Wir waren zum Frühstück dort. Am besten reserviert man frühzeitig, da es sonst sehr voll werden kann und die Wartezeiten teils recht lang sind. Meine Freundin hatte das vegetarische Schlemmerfrühstück und ich die vegane Version. Es ist wirklich eine riesengroße Portion und man kann Dinge nochmal kostenfrei nachbestellen, wenn sie leer sind. Wir haben es nicht ganz geschafft, alles auszuessen, obwohl es sehr lecker war!

When I was there (in the evening), they only had carrot cake as a vegan option. Place seems to be cozy. Seats inside & outside. A nice quite litte walk from central train station.

Wir sind Stammkunden im Café Sahneweiß. Unser absoluter Favorit ist das vegane Schlemmerfrühstück am Wochenende. Hier bekommt man Grillgemüse, Rührtofu, Brot, Aufschnitt und Aufstrich, Joghurt und Obst so viel der Magen vertragen kann. Auch sonst gibt es eine große Auswahl an Mittagessen und Getränken für Veganer:innen. Die Kuchentheke ist ebenfalls mit veganem Kuchen bestückt. Daneben ist das Café extrem gemütlich und bietet sowohl drinnen als auch draußen nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Hier kommen wir immer wieder gerne hin. Jeder wird hier etwas passendes finden.

We tried the vegan Schlemmer-Frühstück and it was soooo much food, we weren't able to finish all of it. They offer vegan cake, drinks, iced coffee, warm meals and breakfast- everything tastes delicious and isn't that pricey. The staff is always friendly and the place itself is beautiful. Make sure to book a table if you're going with more than 2 people on the weekend

Before taking the train home after a long night, I had lunch here; a vegan Spaghetti Bolognese and a homemade ice tea. Both were delicious. The spaghetti were topped with a few fried vegetables and and had a bit of bread on the side. Unfortunately, you cannot pay by card. Luckily, it is close to the central train station.

Good food while lacking in atmosphere - Edit
We tried the vegan "Schlemmer-Frühstück" which is a big breakfast menu with fruit, yoghurt, bread, sweet and savoury spreads, scrambled tofu, vegan cheese, ham, fried tofu and lots of veggies. Extra helpings of any of the food are included in the price but we found the first serving to be more than enough. The sweet things are served before the savoury ones, for us the opposite order would have worked better. The food was very good even if not very original. Especially the scrambled tofu was very tasty.

They were playing a radio channel with hits from the 90s, we sat quite close to the speaker and had trouble hearing each other. Soft music would have worked better in the morning. The decoration was not the best either, something between a cafe and a diner. I might go again but sit outside. They only accept cash payment.

Amazing breakfast spot in Bonn - Edit
We had the Sahneweiß vegan and it was really amazing. Lots of veggies, the salad is gorgeous and the grilled veggies and tofu are tasty and come with a great flavor. They have a big drinks menu as well and they offer soymilk and Hafermilch. The coffee is very good, staff is nice and welcoming and the Cafe itself is cozy. Vegan breakfast paradise 😍

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und entgegenkommend, das essen hält den ganzen Tag satt (ich hatte das vegane Rührei) und auf Nachfrage wird auch einiges anderes vegan gemacht. Die Atmosphäre im Café ist sehr locker und angenehm, wir haben direkt für den nächsten Tag einen Tisch reservieren (was man am Wochenende unbedingt machen sollte, oder man ist direkt 10:00 da wenn das Café öffnet).

The big vegan breakfast you need to pre-order includes several courses: fruits, cereals, bread, jam and a gigantic platter of grilled vegetables, sausages and antipasti. Too enormous to finish but too good to leave one bite over.

Lovely cake and breakfast place - Edit
With its quite spacious interior, the café combines the feel of a traditional cake shop with a light modern version of it. Upon entering the place, you pass by the cake display case and then take a seat at one of the tables inside or outside.
Read moreVegan choices on the menu are marked and include soup and cake, including e.g. "Marzipan Torte" I got a rich and tasty blueberry layer cake.
Breakfast is also offered fully vegan, including scrambled tofu. You have to call in advance to let them know if you want the full vegan breakfast. Will try that another time as it seems a lovely place to meet up with friends on a lazy Sunday.
Have to mention that it seemed like it can easily get crowded despite the space. On a Sunday afternoon it was packed and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed.

An old Café in Bonn which serves the most beautiful cakes - pleasing to the eye and the tastebuds. If you feel like having a really good piece of cake Café Sahneweiss is the place to go. Try their white chocolate raspberry tart.

They have different vegan cakes which are clearly labeled. I tried the carrot cake and it was delicious! All hot drinks are available with soy milk ( 0.40€). They have 3 different vegan breakfast options on the menu. friendly stuff!
