Leckeres Frühstück - Edit
Ich war zum frühstücken im Café Röhren und habe mir aus der Liste zum Ankreuzen ein veganes Frühstück zusammengestellt. Die Auswahl war groß und die Aufstriche und Belege sehr lecker. Die Portion hat vollkommen ausgereicht, man wurde auf jeden Fall satt. Der Hafer-Latte war auch sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Eine gute Anlaufstelle für ein veganes Frühstück in Paderborn.

Lots of options but not everything was available - Edit
Went there for breakfast Sat and Sun. As mentioned before there is a form to tick the items you want for your breakfast. Place is nice and the food tastes good too. The only downside is that they seem to run out of vegan Salami/Mortadella/cheese every day. If you ordered those items you just won’t get them without any explanation. Only when you ask where the rest of your order is, they explain that they ran out of those items. As the place and the food is nice, they should keep stocks in place to avoid spoiling an otherwise nice experience.

Great location - Edit
It was sunny and warm and we highly enjoyed to be able to sit next to the water. The inside looked spacious and cosy with books everywhere. The breakfast system is very nice, with many options from which to choose, including many vegan ones that are clearly labeled (vegan cheese, salami and mortadella, chocolate spread, veggie spread, muesli...). It was big, the products were tasty but I regretted that nothing was homemade. We also got only two different kinds of bread even though we had ordered from 4 different ones. It's fine but it would have been nice to know. My latte was mostly made of light foam and therefore vanished after a couple of sips. Not the best breakfast of our lives, but it was nice to find a vegan-friendly location during our short stay in Paderborn.

I ordered breakfast here. It's simple but fine. Not very special, just butter, bread, marmelade, vegan salami and other vegan stuff (you can choose what you want) but good. You can also choose cornflakes with sojamilk.
Read moreA little bit strange that coffee and tea are not included in the price, only orange juice.
I asked if they could prepare something as lunch for me for take away and that was not a problem. Friendly people and lots of books.

Great for vegan breakfast! - Edit
Positive, comfy atmosphere. The breakfast has many vegan options and you can order your coffee choice with soy milk. I have only come here for breakfast but know that they also have non-breakfast vegan options. It can become quite crowded on the weekend, so you may want to call ahead and make a reservation for breakfast.

Wonderful to find a vegan-friendly cafe in Paderborn. Excellent selection of clearly labeled vegan options for breakfast (which is served all day) and for lunch. Breakfast is served by choosing from a list of items where you select what you want, many vegan options. Lovely atmosphere, books all around to borrow, board games to play. The cappuccino was the best I've had in Germany. Very child-friendly. Outdoor seating is merely a few tables on the street
