Not good vegan options

The vegan ‘burger’ options were very lacking. Two dry patties, mushy veg and sweet potatoes fries (those were good), with only a small pot of pesto for sauce. No buns. Very plain and dry - not very thoughtful in terms of flavours and textures. Could not finish. And very overpriced. Disappointed and I recommend avoiding!

Searching for vegan burgers:

Pros: friendly staff, fast service

Cons: no vegan sauce and vegan cheese, expensive for what is offered

Any full vegan option...

3 vegetarian options, in which you’ve to remove cheese/mayo to become vegan, and waitress wasn’t completely sure about that. The burger with pesto wasn’t bad as well the fried sweet potatoes. It could have full vegan options, including dessert!

Hambúrguer

Tem 3 opções vegetarianas que se podem tornar veganas pedindo para excluir ingredientes como o queijo, por exemplo.

Set lunch potions

My partner and I were delighted to make a three hour round trip to the coast for a birthday lunch and a walk on the beach. Parking near the restaurant was easy
Inside, the ambience was great. Good attentive staff spoke excellent English. We were impressed.
Then set lunch options were carefully explained after we grabbed the second to last table: The last was taken a few moments later. The four set meals, appealed, so we were happy to do that.
The cabbage soup starter was great: Some might find it a tad salty. No bread was served, which suits our low gluten approach.
We both would often opt for meat free and vegan burgers too, but not today; instead, my partner chose the bread-free meat burger, and I, the first meat burger on the list, with a side of delicious sweet potatoes. Both were sound, though mine fell apart under the onslaught of moisture from a poached (?) egg atop the patty. They were both devoured quickly enough, however.
Very nice espressos rounded off the set meal perfectly.

If the vegetarian and vegan burgers match the rest, they ought be very tasty. We'll find out next time, when we revisit with our daughter.

Pros: Pleasant casual ambience, with an eclectic feel, Presentation and staff interraction, Short wait

Cons: The burger in bun collapsed messily

Cute cafe, good value, English-speakers

TL;DR: Great value for lunch, tasty burgers, yummy vegan options, friendly staff that speak English.

I went here for lunch on a Friday at 1pm. I was lucky I arrived when I did because it got busy after me and my two other mates were seated.
We all ordered different burgers. I had one of the set meals that included a modified vegan burger and soup and coffee. The soup of the day was spinach, which was tasty. My burger, Verdoca, was really good! They modified the burger to remove the cheese and replace the mayo sauce but it still turned out super tasty. I might have made noises while I ate it.
My husband ordered the vegan Lenijoca and my friend ordered the Picota. We all enjoyed our meals and ate everything.
I recommend this place if you are in Figuiera da Foz and need a casual vegetarian, vegan or non-veg option for lunch or dinner.
I would give this place a 5-star if HappyCow let me.

Pros: Unique interior, English-speaking workers, Vegan burgers!

Cons: Veg options not labeled, No English menu

Cafe with a character

A bit hard to find but totally worth it!
Their burgers are innovative considering the meat-based Portuguese culture...
Charming vintage touch to the place..
