Organic vegetarian cafe with several outlets in Paris. Food is mostly vegan except for eggs in some dishes and desserts. Pay attention when ordering a coffee with milk, as by default they serve it with cow's milk (almond milk is available). Its 2nd location. Confirmed closed, Jan 2019.

disappointing

I had chai and hot chocolate with a cookie.
Noisette milk was way too strong in the hot chocolate which made me feel sick after. Chai was cold and did not taste good at all. Will not return here again.

Cozy Cafe, I hope they'd become vegan someday

I've visited this place several times in the last couple of years.

I find this location to be somewhat cozier than the one in the Marais. They offer few appetizers and dishes.
The food is usually vegan; however, most of the desserts contain eggs. I always enjoy their vegan dishes, so Pinson became a sort of "safe choice" for me.

They claim not using dairy at all; however, cow's milk is used for the coffee by default, so it's necessary to let them know you want plant-based milk with it.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is always friendly; but it's fairly popular, so I'd recommend reserving a table in advance.

Pros: atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty food

Cons: not all vegan, portions could be a bit larger

Pleasant place to relax

I was not convinced by the first location of this chain but this place is pleasant and more vegan-friendly than at the beginning of Cafés Pinson. I came in the afternoon and had a drink (a good homemade lemonade) and a vegan dessert (a pudding with tapioca). Both were tasty but small in portion in comparison to price. I regret the fact that no dish were available at that time and that the vegan choice was not so huge. It's however a good place to relax in the afternoon and the staff is friendly.

Pros: pleasant atmosphere, vegan options, homemade food, friendly staff

Cons: relatively small portions, uses eggs, a little pricey

Even better than the original

We enjoyed Cafe Pinson 2 for dessert and a glass of wine. The menu also looked great, but we had already eaten. This place is much more comfortable than the first cafe Pinson. It's both perfect for lingering over coffee or a drink, as well as for a full dinner. Service was excellent and we would definitely recommend it. Now looking forward to #3 if they continue to improve every time!

Classy enough to take your parents, but cozy enough to go with friends.

Pros: Comfortable, Good vegan and gluten free options
