Good experience - Edit
Casual restaurant with seatings indoor and outdoor. No word English spoken, so communication is difficult. But the food buffet was good and the price is very reasonable.

Sooo tasty. Loved this place. It’s 31 yen (currently $4.30 / €4 / £3.40) for all you can eat. Great variety of vegetable based dishes, with a couple tofu dishes and a couple dishes with mock meat. Also some sweets, like fried mochi (I think). And some dumplings. I didn’t think the dumplings were anything special, but everything else was fantastic. And they have a couple types of spicy chili sauce / oil. And, and, and these funny little burger sandwiches.

At 36 rmb, I think it's really really good value. I'd go back daily if I could.
