Not recommendable anymore.

Today, I was disappointed to see that they have removed their only vegan dish from the menu (big salad plate). Fortunately, the kitchen was able to prepare something similar, but the result was not as tasty as the original dish. The plate looked less colorful and had fewer different flavors. Nevertheless, its price has increased and you still need to pay the entrance fee to the museum to grab lunch here.

enormous side dish

The vegan option is a big salad, with white rice and some melon on the side. It costs 13€ but, imho, is not worth quite as much.

Massive vegan meal in beautiful venue

MUDAM has a beautiful wide white minimalistic cafe serving a limited menu which contains some vegetarians offers(mushroom toasts, quorn dish, etc) and a vegan option which consists of a huge salad with some lovely caramelised onion, gluten free flax bread, a bowl of rice and a bowl of fruit.
The prices are high but ok for the amount of food you get, in such great location.
I would have preferred a smaller dish as I was not able to finish mine.
Also, they seem to know their way around vegetarian food (they serve quorn) so it would be great if the vegan meal also had some sort of protein (tofu, seitan, etc).
I was surprised to find a vegan option in the MUDAM so please do thank them if you ever go there :)
