'Eggs' bene dish is amaz - Edit
Been a few times and I get vegan eggs bene everytime with extra hollandaise sauce and it is amaz! Vegan breakfast and the Ramen dish is a little bland to me but still yum.

Three of us ate here and all 3 loved our meals. The smashed avo, which can be boring at other places, had fried tofu in a sweet chili sauce for added interest. The Mimosa bowl was lovely, and the crepe was EXCELLENT !

Healthy, filling, and delicious - Edit
The Balanced Big Breakfast was absolutely perfect! So delicious, with tempeh bacon, tofu scramble, hash brown patties, greens, fermented cabbage, broccoli, roasted tomato, amazing sourdough bread, and beans. It was two meals for me! We also had the tiramisu which was so good! I wish we had a Mimosa cafe back home!

Food was okay. I had the vegan breakfast. It was quite bland and basic, and not very inspirational considering it is a vegetarian/vegan place. Would have been better with more food, and fake bacon instead of the tempeh (which was dry, cold, and tated like cardboard).

99% vegan cafe - Edit
This cafe has a big sign out which says “I love vegan”! The food was really tasty and filling. Other than one dish (eggs on toast) everything else is vegan. Largish portions so a main per person is enough. I went there twice this week. First time had the mimosa bowl a dub second time had the French toast with the immunity boost smoothie. Great atmosphere too.

Vegetarian cafe with plentiful vegan options - Edit
Almost everything is vegan in this cafe which is awesome. Make sure to double check with staff that you are vegan, as the eggs benedict default is vegetarian but you can easily swap out the eggs for tofu. I had the eggs benedict with tofu, it was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed every bite. I'll definitely be coming back in the future to try more food on their menu.

I had an oat milk latte and the avo on toast (could I be more basic 💁🏻♀️) both delicious and I look forward to going back to order the mushrooms crepes. Lots of vegan options but be sure to check the menu as not everything is!

Nice and quiet spot near the centre of Takapuna, with plenty of vegan options. I had the vegan version of the "Mimosa Bowl", with a side of mushrooms. It was pretty delicious although a bit pricy (NZ$21). Also, I find it a bit disappointing that a cafe with a huge "I love vegan" sign charges +$1 for non-dairy milks.

Not everything is vegan! Make sure to read the menu carefully and tell them if you’re vegan. Because of the massive “I heart Vegan” window sticker I just assumed the “eggs benedict” would be veganised. That was my bad but am probably not the only one. Swapped with my omni friend since I’ve never liked egg though so no food was wasted. Everything looked delicious especially in the dessert cabinet!

Good food but a few mistakes - Edit
The food is good, not mind blowing, but good. The ‘eggs’ Benedict I ordered as a vegan dish came with chickens eggs instead so they had to make it again. The next time I went they messed another thing up, so there might be some miscommunications happening but overall it’s a good menu with lots of options.
