Top-notch vegan-friendly food - Edit
The food is soooooo good, the rosemary fries are phenomenal & most of the cakes I've tried from this place or at Gans am Wasser (same owner) were very good, if not fabulous. The quiche was a personal favourite of mine, loaded with pumpkins, and you get tap water with hot drinks, which I really liked. The matcha latte was not as flavourful as I hoped (probably made from some cheap ready-made package), and the café was super crowded and not that cozy tbh.

Read moreEmpfehlenswert für alle, die es gerne bunt und gemütlich mögen. Es gibt keine festen Tische, man sollte also keine Probleme haben, neben Fremden zu sitzen.
Der Kuchen ist so lecker, dass wir ihn beide direkt inhaliert haben.
Matcha Latte und die Hauslimo waren sehr lecker 😍
Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Das Café ist sehr besonders eingerichtet. Man hat das Gefühl im Wohnzimmer zu sein. Das Essen und die Kuchen sind wundervoll. Meine Empfehlung sind die Zimtschnecken.

The vibe is on the line between cozy and [censored] up. I think a lot of people enjoy this old mix and match furniture concept - I am not one of them. It was super loud in there. But the food was amazing! The selection is small but the vegan quiche and salad was so flavourful and the croissant was top notch!

No surprise here: the Bahnwärter Thiel group established a cute café that you can just spend the whole day in. The pain au chocolat is awesome and so are the lemonades.

super-cute Café with reasonable prices and many yummy cakes in display. Was very busy on Saturday morning so I had a cinnamon bun to go, which was very yummy and even got heated up a little, which made it even better. Interior is alternative and comfy. Staff friendly.

Ein sehr süßes Cafe mit Plätzen draußen und drinnen, fast dir gesamte Karte ist vegan, sehr lecker und günstig, es gibt herzhaftes und süßes z.B. vegane Quiche, Kuchen, Croissant, Frühstück, Salat, … Der hausgemachte Eistee ist auch sehr lecker.

This is a cozy cafe with delicious food and friendly service. We were fortunate that our friends got a sofa table and we enjoyed coffees with oat milk, vegan pain au chocolat, the vegan scrambled egg and a spinach quiche. The food was good and the choice was interesting. I want to go back to try the croissant.

Great Vegan Cakes - Edit
Aside from the cheesecake, all of the (many) other cakes have been vegan so far when I’ve stopped by. There’s lots of variety, from Streusel to chocolate, lemon, or carrot, and so far what I’ve tasted has been great! The vegan cinnamon roll was good but I would t recommend as strongly as the cakes. Nice place, people too. Often impossible to find a place to sit, though.
