Sloppy veg is king, as is failing to give you everything you ordered

This location of the local enterprise that is Lotus Indian cuisine deserves less of the praise than it gets. There is vegan food to be had, but mostly it's in the form of vegetables so overcooked and sloppy that they seem pureed. Prices are high for the portion size. And, worst of all, every time I've ordered for takeaway I've been handed bags of food that invariably leave off something. It's on the receipt--yes, I paid for it--but it's not in the bag.

Pros: A vegan can find food here., If you ask for spicy, you'll get spicy.

Cons: Sloppy vegetables that become more like mush., You'll pay for items you won't get in your bag., Pricey for the quantity of food.

Great Food Friendly Staff

We eat here often and mostly order the available vegan dishes. The staff are very accommodating of special requests and we've had great food dining in and to go.

Pros: Good vegan options, Expanded Dining area now much bigger , Great to go option in FX

Cons: Can get really busy fast so to go can be slow.

Yummy

Yummy food from a small place in Fairfax.
You could tell the food was great because there was a steady flow of people either sitting down or picking up take-out orders.

Pros: personalized service, window seats, good prices
