Tasty and fast, perfect fries - Edit
The taste, the bun and the sauce in the burger were great, but the crispy chicken patty could be better - the consistency wasn't amazing, but still ok. The next time I would try a different patty. The sweet potato fries were perfect! And big thumbs up for delicious vegan mayo!

I really liked they have several hamburger options that are vegan.

Great burger joint! - Edit
This restaurant offers a nice selection of vegan burgers (even with three different vegan patties), fries and sauces. I had a BBQ styled one with vegan cheese and it was excellent, and I loved the fries! Got some house made lemonade with the food to round things up. I also dig the fact that the portion size is not too excessively huge like at many other fast food places, so you can actually finish everything you get. Would definitely come again!

best place to go in Marburg - Edit
Marburg is a university town, so I was always wondering why its vegan food scene is still pretty weak. Gutenburger fills this void easily, despite their menu is not fully vegan. Choose between three different home-made vegan patties and about eight different burger styles, plus various kinds of fries, dips, and salads. Vegan dessert (churros) and a wide range of alc./ non-alc. drinks are also available.
Read moreWe ate ourselves through like half of the menu and were excited about everything: fresh, hand-crafted, delicious cuisine. Staff is friendly and attentive, prices relate well to quality and size of the meals. You may sit outside looking into Marburg's Südviertel or inside the beautifully decorated restaurant. Definitely recommended, will come again.

We nipped in for a coffee and a snack and saw the vegan churros. They were super, not greasy at all and the chocolate sauce was a lovely balance. Friendly staff too. The burgers looked tasty and well presented. The desert and 2 coffees came to 10€. Pretty standard pricing.
