Vegan options with modifications - Edit
I prefer dishes made to be vegan and not vegan after removing multiple components for a semi-complete dish. I ended up not ordering off of the main menu, but did get some vegan chocolate mousse because I was already there.

Multiple vegan options - Edit
Even though it is not on the menu, they will gladly make any dish vegan. We got the Quinoa Cool (very good), Ishtar’s Delight Salad, very good (sub edamame for the cheese), and my favorite of the three, Curry Don’t Stop wrap. Sooo good. I’ll come back just for that.

Cons: They should put on menu that everything can be mad

Excellent everything! Even the washroom! Taste offers of soup and drink. Ginger Limeade made with agave. They have 2 in California. This is the 3rd and it’s 3 years old.

Terrific food - Edit
Probably the best resturant in the area with many vegan options and pretty much everything can be made vegan. Lots of gluten free options for those that need it. Had a great wrap, nachos and the soup was amazing. Would rate 5 stars if I could. If you have time for one resturant in the area this should be it.

Hit the spot. Great service - Edit
Everything here can be made vegan. While the restaurant is plant based, they do serve eggs, cheese and chicken. We had the curry quinoa with a special curry vegan sauce. The kombucha was slightly hard and gave me a happy Buzz. The young lady who took our order at the counter and then brought our food checked in with us a couple times and was very cheerful and helpful. If I was a local this would be a regular spot, but we are passing through. Would love to come back someday

Omg what a gem! Everything starts as vegetarian here. Can add tofu, or sub in vegan chipotle sauce or vegan cheese in anything. And the people are SO nice.😄

The Restaurant We Have Been Waiting 21 Years For! - Edit
My family and I have been enduring the toxic GMO-laden meat-heavy pedestrian wasteland that is the New Smyrna/Daytona Beach culinary landscape for 21 years, and FINALLY we have a mostly vegetarian/vegan ORGANIC restaurant here in town, which happens to have delicious food! Yea!
Read moreWhen I first heard about the café, I didn't get my hopes up because I have been disappointed so many times in the past with new organic restaurants here that offered bland, unimaginative food, and not surprisingly, they quickly closed. So my expectations were low when I first ate there, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! While on the surface the menu looks like it could be bland, it is not! And when you leave you don't feel tired or bloated as with the toxic fare from other restaurants around.
We have eaten the Nachos De Maria, quesadillas, soups, wraps, salads and rice dishes and all were surprisingly delicious and flavorful, with lots of fresh raw ingredients as well. I have brought meat eaters and vegans there and all were pleased. The café offers chicken as an additive to many of the dishes, but it's obvious this is primarily a health-aware veg friendly place.
The servings are generous and prices are fair for prepared organic food in a setting like this. At this time they offer hard kombuchas (with alcohol) that are delicious and very fresh. I don't eat dessert right after a meal, so I'm not concerned about that, but for those who do, there isn't really a dessert menu, but they do have some tasty sweet macaroons and maple flavored walnuts. I suspect the owner is aware of food combining concepts.
You order at the bar/register, seat yourself, and the food is brought to you. When I first visited, I wasn't sure if we sat and ordered at the table, and there was no signage directing newcomers to the register, so I will recommend that they put a sign at the entrance. The staff are friendly and attentive.
The café is clean and newly renovated, and you can see into the kitchen where your food is prepared. Rest rooms are also clean. There is plenty of parking on the street and behind the café.
I love this place and I am going to do everything I can to spread the word so Café Del Soul succeeds. This area is a tough market for organic food or any kind, let alone veg friendly because there is plenty of poverty consciousness and little awareness here of healthy food.
Pros: Delicious ORGANIC food!, Nice clean atmosphere, Good service, friendly staff
Cons: Could use more drink options.

FINALLY A PLACE WE CAN BOTH EAT~ALL THE FOOD IS AMAZING INCL. CAPPUCCINOS!! - Edit
Finally a place where We CAN BOTH eat!
Read moreMy husband is a vegetarian and leans more toward vegan-eats. I eat mostly vegetarian but occasionally eat chicken. We both LOVE cappuccinos which are a “must have” at this Café! All the local coffee places we have discovered in NSB either burn their coffee or make it too weak. Café Del Soul is a TRUE CAFÉ!!! We have now consumed multiple menu items (in our half-a-dozen visits) and can speak from our tastebuds: “It’s ALL really good, fresh and yummy!” Also please note: the staff and owners are delightful human beings that are actually passionate about providing great food and service here. So only visit if you are ready to be inspired and delighted. The ambiance, decor and lighting are very soothing and they have tons of seating inside and outside. Great vibes! We are originally from SoFLo and have been asking for a place like this to manifest!!! Woohoo! 💃🏼🙌🏻🕺🏻We both look forward to visiting again and again! Thank you for being! ✨🧘🏼♀️♾🧘🏻✨🌿💖☕️
