Accommodating to vegan diet - Edit
Not many options but a few. I had the Vermonter substituting hummus for the cheese. Also available is Greek, Hidalgo, or classic house salads minus the cheese. 7 sorbet flavors.

Good bread - Edit
The Vermont panini without cheese was pretty unfavorable. It was plain tasting with random bites of spicy. Yet, even the spicy bites had no real flavor.

Great chef!! - Edit
Wonderful little bistro! Chef was very knowledgeable about vegan items, and even called the bakery they get the bread from to verify it was vegan! The Chef does the sherbet from scratch and they are vegan as well. If I could do 5 stars I would!
