Nice salad - Edit
The novice salad was nice, but simple. They had another labeled vegan salad on the menu, but with honey. Service could have been faster.

Nice vegan options in a pretty, inviting space - Edit
There are several vegan items on the set menu, but the chef will make other items vegan if you ask. Everything was delicious, especially the chopped mushrooms in garlic sauce.

Nice place, only salads as vegan options - Edit
They have a small selection of vegan dishes, but they are all salads. I ordered the franciscana salad and was surprised that they had a vegetable meat, which appeared to be seitan even though the menu specified soy meat. The quinoa had a nice seasoning and the vegetable meat was not bad, but I feel they could have made a more elaborate preparation, perhaps adding avocado or more things, taking into consideration the price of the dish. It is a good place to eat, centrally located and nice, especially taking into account that I found it difficult to find vegan things in tourist places in Ecuador.
