Had to go with the vegan rancheros for breakfast. My fiancé got the red sauce and I got the green, both were great. Also has vegan burritos and two choices of plant based creamer. Great atmosphere and very friendly.

Stopped in while passing through Las Cruces. They have several vegan options. I ordered the vegan rancheros & they were delicious, the smoothie was made with almond milk & was good too!
