Great cafe serving vegan food from a vegan menu. Great portion size and sides reasonably priced.

Vegan Platter - Edit
Bencotto has a separate vegan menu with several choices which left me feeling pleasantly surprised. The vegan platter was so good and filling that I ended up taking some home and eating it for lunch the next day. A few weeks later I went with my mum and we shared the platter!

Good variety of dishes - Edit
Firstly this was a lovely looking restaurant, good service. Lovely staff. Food is Mediterranean based.Had a whole separate menu to choose from which included 3 pasta dishes, one oven baked, pizza and salad and small plates too which seemed abundant for a non vegan restaurant! I had the mushroom pasta with cashew cream which smelt amazing. Picture doesn't really do it justice. Didn't try dessert. There were 5 to choose from but I think 4 were ice cream based. Definitely more than happy to eat here again.

loads of good vegan options! - Edit
I went here with my family (non-vegan) and everyone was happy! Was very pleased with my mushroom risotto, and would definitely go again, as it had a wonderful atmosphere and seemed to work for everyone. However, I am docking one star, as the brownie w/ice-cream I had for dessert was lacking.
