Lovely curry - Edit
This is a little cafe just off Whyte Ave, the only cafe in Western Canada that serves food from the Island of Mauritius. They started with a popsicle stand at a local market then closed the popsicle stand and opened the cafe 3 years ago. The vegan items on the menu are clearly marked. They also have a selection of 6 vegan baked items (5 types of cookies and a banana bread). Their curry is not what I was expecting, it was not spicy hot at all but was very tasty, especially the kidney bean and the tomato curries. The baguette sandwich was also very good. We also had an excellent hazelnut latte with oat milk. We didn’t have room for dessert so we will definitely go back again.

The pastries here were amazing with so many vegan options! I want to go back and try some of their vegan entrees. They are also working on a fully vegan high tea I can’t wait to try one day soon!

Absolutely delicious baked goods! One of the best cookies I’ve had in years! They also do other things on certain days of the week like vegan roti which looked delicious - can’t wait to try it.
