Nice lunch option - Edit
Fixed menu with Thali in 3 portions. Very nice flavor samosa and dal! Decent currys. Kind staff. Toilets are at Cafe Nero which is a serious hike to the ladies to wash your hands. Lunch is nice vibe to relax and enjoy meal.

Might be the best vegan Indian food in Cardiff. As far as I understood they cook different dishes every day and you can order varying sizes of platters containing more or less of the different dishes they cooked.
Read moreThe big platter for example has a dhal, rice, chutney, curry, samosa and bread. While the smallest one has only the dhal and chutney.
Also do not forget to order one of the delicious lassis!

Disappointing Thali - Edit
We were excited to visit Atma Lounge after reading some glowing reviews, but the large thali we shared was very disappointing.

Staff and ambience were lovely though. Maybe we caught them on a bad day.

Visited on Saturday, absolutely lovely food and very good for the money. Also love that every meal you buy buys a meal for a person in need. They also sold some very nice teas/infusions in glass jars, I got a wild berry one which is very tasty💕 definitely recommend for anyone!

I also really love their Wednesday programs, where you get to think a little deeper and out of the box. I dont know many places which have so much on offer in terms of wellness and healthy living.
Definitely the best place to hang out in Cardiff for sure.
