Had a couple of vegan options (three at best.) I had the pesto bagal stack which was delicious. Price to portion size was a bit steep to be a regular go to when in town.

Definitely the place to go for vegan options in Whakatane. Has a dedicated vegan menu. I always liked the curry and the pesto pile up

We had a mushroom on ciabatta, roasted veg salad and shared snickers bar I had a coffee and wife a juice. Cost us $63 so I feel it's on the pricy side. Food however tasted great.

Great find - Edit
We found vegan options quite lacking in Whakatane until we came across this little gem. They have a seperate vegan menu and cakes and slices. Sorry I didn’t take any pics!
Read moreThe lady who worked there also explained how they have a vegan who works for them and has shown them how not to contaminate animal products. The service ws also lovely.
