Terrible Customer service - Edit
I have eaten at By Chloe in New York and Boston many times. When I came to this location they told me not to eat there because I have a nut allergy. What? I told him I had eaten at many By Chloes and that I had never been told that before and he still insisted it was the company policy to recommend I not eat there. I love this restaurant and will be back but not to this location.

I had the pesto meatball sub, the guac burger, fries, macha blueberry muffin, and Mac and cheese. Everything was awesome but the person who took our orders was really rude.

Very Tasty and Digestible Fast Food - Edit
I've been frequenting By Chloe as it's the closest place to where I'm staying currently. So far I've had their Classic Burger, Chicky Chik?, and the Kale Artichoke Dip. They all tasted great and didn't leave me with an overly greasy/oil feeling afterwards.
Read moreWhat would have kicked my review up to five is just that little extra seasoning or something. Their food tastes great and I'll definitely be back! I was missing that little extra kick in the taste bud sensory department though. So overall a great value for the price! Check it out.
Pros: good value, great taste

Okay - Edit
I was very please by the food my first two visits. However, the last visit, the food was cold & bland and not worth the price. Very disappointed because I loved it. I hope it was a one time incident. I loved the mac and cheese with shiitake bacon (the bacon is SO good). The desserts have been good every visit

After all the hype I heard about this place I decided to try it out I regret spending my money there it was expensive pretty much two combos came out to almost $60 the food lacked flavor And there was no real ketchup! Good thing it’s vegan but disappointed with the price especially since people say it’s expensive being vegan you’re better off just cooking at home

delicious small vegan eatery - Edit
Food is delicious. Focused on burgers and they make their own patties. I had the kale salad without croutons (to make it gluten-free) - lots of salad! Would have given five stars if it wasn’t associated with Amazon/Whole Foods. And if they were more reasonably priced. I got a starter, salad and kombucha for $35. Now I know in the city, things cost more (I live in the city), but to put it in perspective, the menu is ⅓ the size of Veggie Grill, identical quality as Veggie Grill and three times as expensive. I’m guessing because Amazon/Whole Foods. Glad it exists but won’t make any special visits there.

Really cute restaurant attached to 365 Market. We tried a few items on the menu. The pasta and the carrot dog where really good. I am not a fan of their French fries but they were edible.

Delicious fresh food - Edit
I had heard about this restaurant and the controversy with the name years ago. I’m out of the loop and don’t know if Chef Chloe was able to keep this restaurant. Reason why I was so hesitant to try it until last week. The food was just as good as everyone says in the reviews and social media. The presentation is definitely instagramable ( funny how this is a thing now). What I didn’t find appealing was the limited seating space and the small menu. From Instagram pages, I expected scads of Instagram worthy deserts. They had a limited supply. I understand the store is small and the food is fresh. I will be returning with less expectations of variety.

Good Vegan Fastfood w/Gluten Free & Local Organic When Possible - Edit
Small cafe style restaurant adjacent to 365 by Whole Foods which is very convenient. We love this place because it has good food, fast with many great gluten free options. Not sure how many and which items are locally organic but they are committed to utilizing local farmer's market fresh organic produce whenever possible which is satisfactory to us.
Read moreEven though they have a limited menu of quite a few tasty gluten free items, they have recently added monthly specials which make each visit more interesting.
I love the 2 swing chairs--a popular table by the window. If we get there during non-busy times, it increases our chances of snagging it for our meal.
They offer nut free for those with allergies and even certified Kosher. Their gluten free desserts are FUN and DELICIOUS (although I've vowed to stay away from sugars now as avoiding sugar drastically improves my allergies to little to none)!
Pros: Local organic whenever possible, many delicious gluten free options, Adjacent to 365 by Whole Foods
Cons: Limited menu , Not a lot of tables

ByChloe review BythatJenngirl - Edit
I have been wanting to try ByChloe forever! I originally found out about it through a Youtuber who lives in New York. Luckily they have a location in California that I was able to try out their delicious food! I tried the Guac Burger and their Mac and cheese. OMG both were so good! Especially the Mac and cheese. I had been to one of the NYC locations, but it was my first time to this location. Food was delicious and came out fast. Whenever I’m in a place with a byChloe I always try and stop. The shiitake bacon they put on the Caesar salad and Mac & Cheese is my favorite.

Awesome food!! - Edit
Love the fact that it's connected to a Whole Foods. Super convenient and easier to spot. The mac and "cheese" was creamy, smokey and so filling! The pesto "meatball" sandwich was also bursting with Italian flavour. The food is on the healthier side of so you won't feel too guilty eating here, unless you get dessert which is a MUST! Their chocolate pecan cookies & the classic chocolate chip are the best vegan cookies I've had so far.

Healthy take out - Edit
I visited tonight for some “healthy” take out. I ordered the guac burger, sweet potato fries and a gf chocolate chip cookie. The burger was amazing, it was a Mexican style burger with corn, guac, tortilla strips and a black bean patty with the obvious salad and sauce also. The bun was a potato bun so a bit denser than your traditional burger bun but still delicious. The burger itself was full of flavour and had plenty of guacamole. The sweet potato chips were just as good as those that are deep fried, I highly recommend both the beet ketchup and chipotle aioli. The chocolate chip cookie was the best I’ve ever had gf or not, it reminded me of the subway cookies. It was a decent size, super soft and had lots of chocolate chips. The only downside is this place is eftpos only which isn’t really an issue.
