The healthier fast food version + great location - Edit
This By Chloe eatery is located close to the river and close to the Tower bridge. A great location for all hungry travelers who visit the center of London. I like that By Chloe offers food that is serves fast and that they offer some much healthier fully fast food versions, than typical fast food chains. Besides vegan burger, fries, cakes and other comfort food, they offer some healthy options like salads, or green curry with brown rice, and fresh juices. We had a big Kale Caesar Salad, that was really tasty. The size of the Mac'n'Cheese and the BBQ Cauliflower wings was small, but it was quite tasty and we were happy about the size, as we could combine it with a fresh salad without feeling too full. I don't give a better review, because of sustainability reasons: We were not impressed by the amount of plastic waste and paper cups. I wish the costumers who choose to eat inside the eatery could eat the food on normal plates instead of contributing to the planet's waste problem.

Nice food bit pricey - Edit
The food is quite nice. The variety isn't huge and it isn't cheap (£9 for a burger) but the food is nice and ALL VEGAN. It's lovely going to a place I know I can eat everything at.

overpriced chain, small portions - Edit
Had one of the breakfast wraps and sandwiches. Each of them was almost £10 but they were ridiculously small. Taste was alright. Totally agree with one of the comments lower that it's like glorified McD

Sort of disappointing - Edit
I had hyped this up for quite a while and when I got there I was a lil disappointed, the food is really expensive for what it is, the customer service wasn’t great (that could have just been the guy we got) and it sort of just felt like a glorified vegan mcdonalds, the food was ok but nothing special compared to other burgers I have tried for similar or not as pricey prices. Not a lot of options if you don’t want a burger or a salad, would be tempted to go and try the tofu and

Yummy - Edit
First time I've visited a By Chloe, and I was not disappointed. There was so much to choose from but I chose the Quinoa Taco salad (the tiny pieces of 'chorizo' were 👌. Hubby had Greek salad and was equally as impressed; the tofu feta was yummy. We shared a portion of air fries as i have to have my carb fix 🤷♀️

Amazing food!! I ordered the kale Caesar salad, sweet potato fries and a chocolate chip cookie. They were both sooooo good. The staff were very friendly too. I will definitely be back next time I’m in London.

Flipping amazing! - Edit
Food was super yummy, vegan comfort food at it's simpliest. The experience itself- a vegan fast food joint is to me mind blowing. Plus this particular location has a bonus- a picturesque view of the famous bridge. As for food the sauces were devine, Fish and chips (which are exclusive to London) were very tasty, to me by Chloe is a must for every vegan or non vegan foodie!

Food isn’t great and very expensive for what it is - Edit
Have regularly ended up spending £15 on fast food and drink. Slow service and food really isn’t that great. A lot of better places around

Tasty and convenient - Edit
Fast, tasty, and so convenient. We went after seeing a play at the Bridge and it was so nice to have somewhere right around the corner that was full of things we could eat. I also really appreciated that they had all the allergens clearly listed.

Visited another location, right by tower bridge. Got the Christmassy themed burger. It was good but not great. The taste of the stuffing and cranberry sauce definitely brought me back though!

Really nice place just below the Tower Bridge. The menu is completely vegan and it is sure to blow your mind! The burgers are lovely, but if you're hungry the real deal is the salads! They are huge and extremely tasty. Loved this place!

Still Awful - Edit
I’m a fan of byChloe in the USA - and every time I come here to the Tower Bridge branch I’m ever hopeful the quality of the food will improve - but really it’s still pretty awful... Had the roast today - reminded me of my worst school dinner - soggy potatoes and undercooked doughy Yorkshire puddings. The last time I came (about 3 months ago) I had the worst avocado on toast I have ever had anywhere ever.

Not reassuring for serious allergy sufferers - Edit
Although the food tastes good and on the surface there are lots of options for folk with gluten intolerances, when i asked if a dish was gluten free it threw everything up in the air. The staff did not know what it meant and were all asking each other and checking ingredients lists looking baffled as to what they should be looking for. They said that they could check and after waiting twenty minutes they still hadn’t checked or even apologised for not checking, despite me insisting upon it.

Cons: Very expensive little portions - even for London, Staff not trained about product being sold, No knowledge of allergens

Disappointing - Edit
Veggie burger, chips and a juice to eat in - £20. Counter service, collect when a contraption buzzes. Soooooo much plastic...cups, cutlery, things you get your ketchup in. Food was very mediocre. Staff look bored. Better options in the area. Won't be going back.

Not to my liking - Edit
I had a moderately sized smoothie for over £7. Which might have been ok, if it wasn't for the fact that it was the worst smoothie i have ever had. Plus it came out of a machine. It was served in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a plastic straw. The cup and the sign said "fruit smoothies" but there didn't seem to be much fruit in it at all. I wish i had bought the smaller one (and i never say that!) so that it would have been a bit less of a mission to finish it.

Decent food, poor dining experience - Edit
Food is expensive for what it is, but it's nice. The service, however, was poor. They didn't inform us that they would be closing the seating area for an event until after we'd ordered (and paid for) our food, so we had to stand up beside the till for our meal, with no space to put anything.

Vegan fish n chips - Edit
I see a lot of mixed reviews but mine is a positive one. Friendly staff, quick service (although quiet at the time) and the fish and chips was quite reasonably priced for the portion size. That and a cupcake and I was done for the day! (3pm). Def recommend the fish and chips.

It's a spacious, light and bright fast food diner. Great location and friendly staff. The food we had was fine but it's not going to set the vegan world on fire. A good pit stop. Bit pricey but that's London!

Disappointed - Edit
Drove there to get some vegan fish and chips while visiting London.
Read moreUnfortunately they didn’t have any, which can happen.
Tried pasta instead. The food was bland and not very tasty. Pasta was overcooked:
The food stood on the counter for 5 minutes until it was brought over, but luckily it was still warm.
The lemonade is about £4 which seems a lot.
Produces a lot of waste by only providing containers..
Has some good dish ideas though
Pros: Completely vegan, Good meal ideas, Good location
Cons: Small portions, Not much taste, Expensive drinks

Food was ok, nothing to rave about. One cupcake was very dry, the other one was perfect. Mixed feelings about the experience.

I was very impressed by the lady on the till who was able to remain respectful and graceful even when these people rudely demanded a refund after they found out the food they ate was vegan (even though everyone is told this before they order and the menu says what everything is made from).
