Ethiopian, cafe

I really enjoy the Ethiopian food here. In addition to dishes similar to what I've had in other Ethiopian restaurants, they have injera wraps. I recommend these!

Buuni is primarily a cafe, rather than a restaurant. I don't drink coffee, but the tea is significantly better than average. They usually have two vegan pastries. They're a bit sweet for my personal taste, but I guess that's what people want in pastry.

Buuni goes out of its way to be a community spot. Nice place - I'm glad they're in my neighborhood.

Ethiopian cafe with delicious drinks and wraps

They had three kinds of injera wraps, all were vegan! I got the one with split peas, cabbage, potato, and carrots. Others had spicy red lentils. I also got an iced chai with oat milk. My total was $13, a good price for all that!

Pros: Vegan pastries such as banana bread and scones, Menu encourages everyone to use oat milk, Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Cons: They do serve dairy and nonvegan pastries , Small menu
