Delicious sandwich! - Edit
It’s a very small and charming place with mostly outdoor seating. Pretty quiet for Saturday at noon. My vegan roasted mushroom sandwich was on an amazing focaccia bread and was absolutely delicious! My non vegan kids’ choices looked pretty epic as well! Would definitely come here again for a relatively low cost meal.

Truly fantastic stop! - Edit
The staff working at this location are absolutely fantastic. They worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed, and believe me, I did! Their chai comes with a spicy cashew milk that they make, and it was delicious! And I had a veggie sandwich which is vegan if you replace the aioli with hummus. Their menu states how to make things vegan, and they had a few items that already were without modification. I don't live in Fort Collins, but if I did I would definitely be coming here more often. Great outdoor seating, which is nice because they only had limited seats inside.
