Ok lunch spot - Edit
Came here for late lunch so, unfortunately, the salad boxes had all gone. I plumped for the vegan cheese, chutney & tomato toasted on GF bread which was OK. My husband was more enthusiastic about his vegan haggis roll. We shared a slice of the vegan GF cheesecake which was slightly disappointing- lovely base but topping mainly tasted of whipped cream.

Great cafe offering traditional food with lots of vegan options - Edit
I live in North Berwick and often go here for coffee and a breakfast roll. I’ve also had a full vegan breakfast and lunchtime toasties. There’s always a couple of homemade cakes and one of them always seems to be vegan. The coffee is also really good. The lady who owns the cafe is really nice. There are only three tables, but if the weather is ok, I always takeout and go sit on one of the benches on Elcho Green looking over the west beach and sea out to Craigleith Island.

Not many vegan options here but I appreciate there being any at all! Have had the breakfast rolls three times now. When they started offering vegan options and twice since, with vegan friends that have visited. Unfortunately the food is terrible. Absolutely tasteless… which annoys me because anyone who feels like trying them will believe it’s tasteless because it’s vegan, rather than they’re just crap options. The milkshakes are banging though, albeit expensive!

Great little café - Edit
My partner and I luckily got one of the three tables in here and enjoyed the vegetarian and vegan cooked breakfasts which were both very generous and delicious, with a vegan chocolate tart to follow. We were very pleased to discover this place and will definitely return if we go back to North Berwick 👍🏻😊

Just lovely cafe. They were full so they offered to call me when they had a free table. Full vegan breakfast was perfect with sausage, black pudding, tatty scone, hash brown, avocado, tomato, mushrooms, spinach and beans. They also had other options and a vegan cheesecake. The cafe is also dog-friendly.

Lovely little place with a wide range of vegan options. We got the vegan coronation sandwich and cheesecake to take away and sat on the beach - lovely food and staff would recommend.

Good Vegan Options - Edit
I was impressed by the number of vegan options on the menu and the varied selection of homemade vegan cakes. The options were really good and quite well thought out - I had the fried tofu and vegan cheddar salad and a vanilla milkshake and my partner had a vegan coronation chicken sandwich also with a salted caramel milkshake.
