What a joke. - Edit
Though the bartender was very friendly, the food was overpriced and lackluster at best. We ordered the falafel, which tasted like crumbs from the bottom of the fryer. $8 for oily scraps? NO thank you. Ironic that the check came in a Hardy Boys book- nothing hardy about that BS!

This place deserves 5 stars despite having non-vegan options. Simply some of the best food I’ve ever had.

Delicious vegan options! - Edit
I ordered their Avocado Crispy Rice and it was hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! I was in town for a Bachelorette party and we ate brunch there on Sunday before our flights out. They were so sweet, made us a custom menu and made sure to have vegan options on it for me. The menu changes often though so make sure to check their website for an updated one!

Plethora of Veg Options - Edit
Great Mediterranean small plates with great cocktails and wine. I came on a Sunday evening out. The atmosphere was very chill. I didn’t feel rushed or forgotten. The menu had enough options where I look forward to coming back and trying something new next time.

Upscale, delicious plant-based options - Edit
Something I really like about Butcher and Bee is that it's a more upscale option than you're typically able to find while scouting for vegan food in Nashville. While the menu is seasonal and doesn't always have so many vegan options, the options that they seem to be keeping all year are delicious. The avocado crispy rice is both delicious and satisfying. Don't let it's delicate appearance fool you, it's very filling. The pita bread and hummus is always a crowd pleaser, whether or not you're vegan. My best advice is to always order an extra side of schug sauce. It's spicy and super tasty (but you gotta ask!).

Cons: Pricy, Not always a lot of veg-options

Great athmosphere - Edit
I have tried the Butcher & Bee in Charleston and this was just as good. The athmosphere is great in these restaurants and work well for date nights or groups with non vegans. We had 2 mezze plates and 3 mains. I don’t think there were many other options to choose from. I asked if the choices were sugar, sweetener & syrup free and was told they were but the foods definitely tasted sweet. In Charleston my choices were a lot more limited for this reason. Everything tasted great and flavors were unusual.
