Ok Bahn Mi - Edit
Old place with a lot of beer on tap. Chill vibe. Not much to offer for vegans but the Bahn Mi was ok. The service was pleasant.

Nicely crafted vegan Banh Mi sandwich - Edit
The Vegan Banh Mi sandwich was several steps above the usual pub grub. It looked and tasted gourmet. Fried tofu, sweet-pickled cucumbers, jalapeno, and peanut sauce on ciabatta. It was a nicely crafted vegan option, tasty and filling.

There are a few vegan options to choose from including a labeled vegan sandwich, a vegan burger (subbing required), and a couple of sides. Everything else is not vegan due to ingredients used or cross-contamination while cooking or frying. Still, it's nice to have the following vegan options to enjoy along with a couple of beers:
VEGAN MENU ITEMS
Vegan Banh Mi sandwich (labeled vegan on menu)
Vegan burger: order the vegan patty on ciabatta bread. Ask for the patty to be cooked in a separate pan and not on the shared grill surface.
Vegan burger toppings: tomato, lettuce, arugula, red onion
Vegan sides: house salad (order with no cheese or croutons), Elote grilled corn (order plain)
