delicious! would go back

really impressed with this meal! busaba has a few vegan options on its menu, including soyamari (vegan calamari), vegetable spring rolls, vegan rice bowl, vegan pad thai and vegan curries. i ordered vegetable spring rolls to share and the vegan pad thai. the spring rolls were delicious, perfectly crisp on the outside and came with a lovely sesame sauce. the vegan pad thai was honestly one of the best i have ever had, great flavours and tasted like a proper pad thai. my only criticism would be that they need to put more tofu into the vegan pad thai as i only had 2 pieces in the dish and would have loved more. overall a lovely lunch & i would definitely return.

Pros: many vegan options , friendly staff, good service

Cons: pad thai needed more tofu

Tasty Vegan Options

Busaba has quite a few vegan options including curries, noodles, rice and veggie side dishes. I ordered spring rolls (por-pia jay) and the vegan pad Thai, which were both delicious and beautifully presented. I would certainly recommend this place and appreciate the efforts made to cater for vegans without compromising on flavour. They also have some really yummy cocktails.

Pros: Clearly labelled vegan options, Good tasting food, Nice cocktails

Busaba Takeout - You can't go wrong

Grabbed some Busaba takeout recently, and it was a solid choice, especially for vegans. They've got a bunch of vegan options that hit the spot.

The Weeping Tiger Jay was delicuous - tasty and had good texture. Spring Rolls were on point, fresh, and crispy.

Jay Pad Thai was good, but I could've used more tofu. Sweet Potato Fries were decent, a bit bland, and not super crunchy which can be expected with takeout food.

Pros: Diverse choices, Quick delivery

Cons: Pricy, Pad thai lacked tofu

Very disappointing experience

Pad Thai was covered in oil making it in edible, which I had to send back. The Chilli oil has no chillis in it (just plain oil). And it has become so commercialised that they don’t even have chopsticks for a pad Thai?!!! All in all very disappointing experience.

Pros: Good location , Scenic seating

Cons: Food was very disappointing , Service was terrible. Staff were losing the will, Bugs and flies everywhere by the window

Very oily and sour?! Too much lemon and Oil. Made my stomach churn after two bites and sent it back. A very bad Pad Thai at Busaba in Kingston Upon Thames
