Mostly non-vegan. A few very good and hearty salads that are easy to veganize. - Edit
I liked that I could easily veganize a few of the salads. Wish there were more fully vegan options.

Sensitive to food allergies - Edit
We met friends here before the theater and we’re not disappointed. Burton’s is a chain but still upscale. Fresh ingredients are the norm and every plate is customizable. My Daniel had the roasted summer vegetables without feta and thoroughly enjoyed it.
