Soy substitutes, that's the big deal. To be fair, I didn't have the Soyrizo (which they think makes it a vegan restaurant) because it sounds disgusting. I would never eat chorizo when I ate meat, so why would I eat a soy version now?
Read moreHappy Cow needs to step up their game. I am tired of a 'VEGAN' restaurant that offers to either not put any meat on your plate or offer 1 [censored] substitute. Lame AF!
Pros: None, stay clear.
Cons: Soyrizo and soy milk are your options, enjoy!
